Well I had my scan today and the fluid looks good, they are breathing, moving like crazy, and aside from the diastolic flow they see with Yip- everything looks good. The absent Diastolic flow means that there are moments when Yip is not getting any blood flow from the placenta, but it is intermittent. Dr. C seems to think I would be okay on home bed rest and could come in to the hospital for my daily scan and heart rate monitoring. Unfortunately, it is not up to Dr. C, it is up to Dr M. or Dr. Y. Also, I think Dr. Grandma would rather we stay here. I will take is as a good sign that someone thinks I would be okay going home. Lord knows Miss daisy would love that. So the holding pattern continues. I have been cleared to do some small exercises and lift some small weights, so like in prison maybe I can get totally buff. :o)

Are you also going to join a gang and get a "tat"? Jane
Speaking of gangs, there are about 10 women here on bed rest, that is almost double what the usually have so not sure what is in the water. Maybe we could all form a gang, the more babies you have the higher your rank. To bad there are two moms with three babies or I could be the leader.
Damn!!! Any gang names, signs or colors agreed upon yet? Are you open to suggestions for names? Jane
Don't forget "the family"- you score rank with black and purple belt sisters. Oh and the brothers, who from experience will mess you up man! You know how to egg a house, don't forget your roots. With "sarge" as our leader, we are a tough group with street cred. Ann
you said do do!
I dont know anything about egginh houses but glad everthing is going well..... Martin
Uncle Martin, somehow I do not think that is true. I remember when I was trying to sell Girl Scout cookies in the neighborhood and when they found out I was a Doyle one said "We better buy some or you will egg our house!"
And yes, I said Do Do
I am so enjoying the "Adventures of Yip and Yap". It is wonderful to find out how all of you are doing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the Boulware twins each and every day.
I am happy that the twins are so enthusiastic about the Cub games, but what about the Bears!

Hi there! So glad you started this blog so I can keep up with you! I am glad that the babies have decided that inside is a pretty good place to hang out for a while longer. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a November birth! : )
We should start talking birth plans- I will call you in a couple of days to set up a time to get together- today, we are going to the Cub's game, and taking the kids for the first time, so that is going to be really fun. Look for us on TV!

Great idea to start a blog, you are so much easier to keep up with this way! I am glad that the babies have decided to stay put for now, and you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers for a November birth!
I will call you soon to set up a time for us to talk about birth plans and such, but in the meanwhile, we are taking the kids to their first Cubs game today- so watch for us on TV!
Hang in there momma!
