Happy 14 Months Yip and Yap

So Kermit has made his way back and the girls kind of posed with him. At this age, we will take what we can get. Addison and Evangeline are doing great. Both say Mom, Dad, Daisy, hi, and one time Evy said zipper. They both love to say "Hi" and wave. In the morning or sometimes in the middle of the night when we go in their room, they are stand at their crib and wave and say "hi." They are both starting to walk. Crawling is still their main mode of transportation, and you know I am okay with that. I am kind of scared to have two walking toddlers in the house, so no rush. :o)

Their diet is about the same, lots and lots of sweet potatoes and bananas. They eat barley, quinoa, steal cut oatmeal, and keifer. Addison's new favorite treat is vanilla soy milk. She loves it. Evangeline really loves oranges. Neither girl has really taken a liking to meat yet, so for the most part they are veggie babies. They do like eggs and tofu, so no worries about protein. (Yum right!)

They have really come alive socially in the past few months. They love each other so much. They play together really well. There have been a few fights over sippy cups, and there are also times when they cooperate and hand the other an out of reach sippy. I hope that they use their cooperation twin powers for good and not to get over the safety gate. :o)

We are all heading to Springfield and Bloomington for the holidays and cannot wait to see friends and family there. We wish all of you a safe and happy holiday.
