Well Yip and Yap have made it to October. This means a little over one more month to go. We did not post yesterday as we all had a big day. Grandma Boulware, Great Aunt Kathy and Great Great Grandma Hirsch came by to see us. We had lunch and went for a nice walk outside. The weather was so nice yesterday. Their scan was good again, some moments were we did not see the absent end-diastolic flow at all with Yip. Dr. T also explained why they check to see if the babies are breathing every time, babies do not really need to breath in-utero, they are just practicing for when the are on the outside. If a baby is in distress or feels it need to save energy then it will stop breathing as it gets what oxygen is needs from the placenta and cord. I thought that was pretty interesting.
So today is Monday and wonderful news, Dr. C1 said that I could go out to dinner this weekend with Dad to celebrate our anniversary. We will be together 12 years on October 5th and be married 4 years on the 10th. So I get to leave and be in the real world for a little bit this weekend. Very exciting. Today's scan also went really well. There were moments where we did not see the absent end-diastolic flow at all with Yip and everything else looked great.
So 31 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
2 weeks and 4 days in the hospital.

I can be gone for about 3 hours or so, not sure where we are going to eat. Sullivans is close. :o)

The Southwest Twins Play Group are happy to hear that you made it for another month!
I am glad you are going to get out of the hospital for a few hours. John and I went to O'Sullivans and they have fantastic food.
By the way, my twins had their 1st birthday party on Sunday. They are now official "toddlers".
